When you buy from us, we promise a great and hassell-free shopping experiance. We outline below the information you need to decide which method of payment suits you best and our terms and conditions of each sale.

Ordering & Payment

Option 1: Order Online Using Credit Card, Direct Credit or Cheque

  1. Browse our products by clicking on the categories listed down the left-hand side of our web-page.
  2. Once you have decided on a product you would like to purchase, where applicable choose the size or colour, then click the “Add to cart” button.
  3. You will be taken to the shopping cart page where you can update the quantities of the product, continue to checkout or resume shopping
  4. Once you are ready to finalise your purchase, click on “Checkout” either view cart page or in the left-hand menu.
  5. If you are a existing customer enter your account details which will load your saved personal details, or if you are a new customer enter the form details for account details and shipping address.
  6. On the same page you can select the type of payment method and click “Proceed”
  7. Enter Credit card details if required, check the confirm checkbox and click “Place Order”
  8. You will recieve a confirmation of order with a order receipt
  9. You should then receive your order within 5 – 10 working days.
    On some occasions, we are required by the card issuer to perform additional security checks on the payment card, which may delay the order until the card has been authorised.
  10. You may log into “My Account” at anytime to view your order status

Option 2: Mail / Email Order (no fax available)

We note that each product displayed on our site will have a corresponding product code which should be included on your order to ensure you are sent the correct product.

If ordering by way of the mail/Email you have three options for payment:

  • Payment Option 1: Credit Card
    You can enter your credit card details on the order and either email or post (refer below) it through to us.
  • Payment Option 2: Cheque
    We accept personal cheques from New Zealand customers. Payment can be made by Cheque by posting both the cheque and order through to the address shown below.
  • Payment Option 3: Direct Deposit
    If you would prefer, you can email or post (refer below) the order through to us and we will send you a confirmation email with details of your order including bank account details to enable you to make payment.

When we have received your order, we will send you a confirmation of your order via Email, and our customer service staff will prepare your order for prompt dispatch.

If you have a query regarding the delivery of your order, please contact customer services toll free on 0800 PREPARE (0800 773727 within NZ) and we will attend to your inquiry.

Delivery Policy delivery rates apply only in NZ. All overseas orders will be assessed by our management to arrange payment and relative delivery costs. All deliveries are sent by courier and can be tracked and traced if necessary. Deliveries are only made to physical addresses and a signature is required. At the time of processing your order we send an email to confirm the contents of the order. All orders will be delivered in 5-10 Working Days, unless notified by our management.

Postage and handling includes all packaging costs, and track and trace courier of order to any address in New Zealand. All deliveries within New Zealand are only $7.95 per order.

Product Availability

Some products may not be 'in-stock' at the time of ordering. If this is the case we will inform you and ask if you want your whole order held until they arrive and the time we expect the out of stock items to arrive from suppliers.

If you select a number of products and one of them cannot be posted until later than the others, you can have the entire order delivered together as soon as all the products are available, or you can receive the products that are available now, and the remaining product once it becomes available.

Returns Policy

In accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, if you receive damaged or defective merchandise or are otherwise dissatisfied with your purchase we will either issue a refund or send you a replacement item, provided the original item is returned to us in its original packaging material within 14 days. After 14 days, the manufacturers warranty applies.

Privacy Notice

We respect your privacy. Customer and order information will not be sold to anyone and will be used by for the purpose of fulfilling your order or for sending you a web update. We collect customer information and use it only to enhance the service to you from our website. Any questions or concerns should be addressed to
